This is one of those old sewing boxes that are made of old greeting cards or papers which have been laminated. They are then sewn together with cotton or silk thread. This one is in my fave colours of pink and green.

The rain here has finally stopped so it is washing day! I wish I had room for a dryer sometimes :) It is nice pegging out the washing though on a gorgeous, blue sky day - like today.
Oh my goodness Peta, am in love with that plate! I know what you mean about school holidays, my 2 went back Mon & Tuesday, its so quiet without them but i get so much done in between sneaking peeks at blogs!
