Ebay Addiction

Yes, more ebay purchases. My excuse is they all were bargains. They would have to be as I am stone cold broke!

Look! BLUE prayer ladies! I am going to put up a little corner shelf in the kitchen for these. Might use the one missing it's lid as a utensil holder or pen holder. Depends on it's size.

LOVE Ruth Rendell. This is her latest.

Rachel Ashwell "Shabby Chic" tablecloth coming all the way from the U.S.A. I have one in a different pattern which I adore. Can't wait to get this one. My fave bit is the pretty ruffle.

Alfred Meakin "Elegance" in the grey colour way.

I love your blog...so many pretty things to look at. I love polka dots, pink, aqua, vintage, too. After seeing your polka dot bowls/plates I had to go see if they had some at our Target (I'm in Calif.) - they only had melamine plates with white centers & polka dots around the rim - no polka dot bowls at all. I still got them & also some "Cath Kidston looking" mugs & plates (porcelain) as I LOVE Cath Kidston & have for several years, but can't afford her stuff from her store. Target seems to have some pretty good stuff this season in the vintagey colors.
I really love your floral biscuit tin that looks like her design. And, I just saw another blog (Fabric of my life)in England with a picture of a pink floral broom & dust pan the blogger found at Woolworth's! We have no more Woolworth's & it was one of the best stores years ago - I definitely need to find a way to order these things from overseas - we have such ugly utilitarian household items here - I wish I was a designer & could bring some color back to ordinary things - it would definitely make cleaning the house a happier experience! :)

  6. Thanks guys for all the lovely comments :)
Tammy, I have found out that our Target is not affiliated with your Target.
I am jealous that you have a bargain priced Shabby Chic range in your Target!
I have seen that dustpan on ebay so you may be able to get it off there.
    Thanks for visiting my blog!
