Dream '50's Style Appliances

Full on day at work, lots of unpacking and marking things down for the post Christmas sales. I have to work tomorrow (Christmas Eve) as well and I am looking forward to it all being over!
I thought I would share some photos of my dream kitchen appliances by "Smeg." They look exactly like the ones made in the 1950's but have modern European technology. They cost a bucket load and I think the marriage would be over if my husband ever came home to these!

  1. Dreamy- I saw a mini kiddie version of the vintage pink appliance kitchen at Costco and I swear I almost bought it on the hope and prayer that one day we have a girl. Then I saw that they had it online and still held out hope. Now it's completely gone. It was perfect and I wish now that I had gotten it for myself!

  3. Good idea, I want a bigger fridge, sadly the pink ones would cost thousands of dollars I'm sure. But then you can get fridge paint now can't you? Your husband wouldn't mind if you painted your current fridge pink?? Merry Christmas to you, hope its not too hot over there.

  5. Thanks Nancy and Victoria, and sadly, my husband would mind if I painted our fridge pink! Its too modern in shape anyway. The Smeg one costs thousands of dollars so it is just a dream :)
Jane, Pottery Barn have a mini retro pink kitchen, you can see it in my archives!
I am also participating in the pink and brown swap, I am having a problem finding brown things. I don't like brown!
